  4. MCHOSE GT75: A „maxed-out“ magnetic-switch keyboard housed in an all-aluminum, „tech-wear“ inspired chassis.

The MCHOSE GT75 is the brand’s first 75%-layout, all-aluminum magnetic-switch keyboard. Its design philosophy is clear: it establishes a distinct visual identity through an original „tech-wear“ (cyber-functional) aesthetic, featuring an all-aluminum body accented by „lightsaber“ LED strips along the sides. Under the hood, it utilizes MCHOSE’s proprietary „Tianwen“  architecture and a dual-core engine, delivering a high-performance foundation with a 16K polling rate, 0.06ms latency, and 0.001mm precision. Combined with „Jiyue Taishan“  magnetic switches and an aluminum alloy mounting plate, the keyboard offers a firm, solid bottom-out feel. As a wired-only, competition-oriented peripheral, it makes a deliberate trade-off: prioritizing ultra-responsive wired performance and a premium metallic build over the convenience of a wireless setup.

I. Tech-Wear Aesthetics: All-Aluminum Body and „Lightsaber“ LED Strips

The design language of the GT75 is described by the manufacturer as „tech-wear“ (cyber-functional). While the edges are rounded to ensure a comfortable, non-abrasive touch, the overall silhouette retains a sharp, geometric, and rugged aesthetic. The chassis is crafted entirely from aluminum alloy and is available in finishes such as silver.

The most striking design element is the „lightsaber“ LED strip running vertically along both sides of the keyboard. The brightness of these strips reacts in real-time to the force applied to the keys—the deeper you press, the brighter the light becomes—effectively translating the physical travel of the keys into visual feedback. This is a rare feature in the magnetic-switch keyboard market, transforming the RGB lighting from mere „static ambiance“ into an element of „dynamic interaction.“

The keyboard also includes a dedicated multi-function key for quick operations. Additionally, an ergonomic wrist rest is available as an optional accessory.

II. High-Performance Foundation: „Tianwen“ Architecture and Dual-Core Engine

The core performance of the GT75 is powered by MCHOSE’s proprietary „Tianwen“ architecture, which utilizes a dual-core engine with a main frequency of 512MHz. This hardware foundation enables the following specifications:

– Polling Rate: 16kHz (wired-only connection)
– Latency: As low as 0.06ms
– Scan Rate: 256kHz
– RT (Rapid Trigger) Precision: 0.001mm
– Calibration: Supports Adaptive Dynamic Calibration 2.0

A 16kHz polling rate represents a high-end specification for wired magnetic-switch keyboards. The nominal latency of 0.06ms approaches the theoretical lower limit for wired USB transmission, placing it in the same tier as the 16kHz implementation found in the CHERRY XTRFY PIXIU68. It should be noted that the perceptible benefit of this latency figure depends on the interaction between the host’s USB controller and the game engine; there is often a gap between theoretical values and the actual user experience.

III. Switches and Typing Feel: Jiyue Taishan Magnetic Switches + Aluminum Plate

The GT75 launches with „Jiyue Taishan“ magnetic switches, which the manufacturer describes as offering „exceptional stability and a significantly improved sound profile.“ An alternative version featuring „Shanhai“ magnetic switches is also available.

The keyboard utilizes an aluminum mounting plate. Unlike the PC or FR4 plates commonly found in mid-to-high-end magnetic-switch keyboards, the aluminum plate provides a firm, direct bottom-out feedback with virtually no cushioning. Combined with the rigidity of the full-aluminum chassis, the GT75 delivers a „solid and crisp“ typing feel, rather than the soft, flexible sensation typical of Gasket-mounted designs.

Internally, the board features a 5-layer dampening structure designed to suppress hollow resonance and the sound of magnets bottoming out. The keycaps are „five-sided translucent“ (frosted/diffused), which, when paired with south-facing RGB LEDs, allow light to diffuse upward from the base of the keycaps.

IV. Connectivity and Scope

The GT75 is a wired-only keyboard; it does not support Bluetooth or 2.4GHz wireless. This is a deliberate product design choice: a 16kHz polling rate can only be reliably sustained in wired mode, as current wireless solutions—constrained by power consumption and stability requirements—cannot achieve the same specifications.

Consequently, this keyboard is not intended for users who require multi-device switching or those who prioritize a clean, wireless desktop setup. It is designed for a fixed desktop gaming setup—where the keyboard remains plugged into the host machine, without being moved or switched between devices.
